Another method for separating dirt from oil is through centrifuging. The oil is first passed through a centrifugal filter, which removes larger contaminants. The purified oil is then passed through a vacuum filter, which removes smaller contaminants. The contaminants are collected in a container, and the purified oil is returned to the transformer.

We have all the Mechanical as well as Electrical Testing Facilities under one roof in our Factory. All Electrical Test Equipment are specifically barricaded with adequate Earthing and Red Light Warning for human and material safety. Similarly, Mechanical test facilities; particularly the high end Machines are properly grouted and aligned for accurate functioning. These have also been located in a planned way keeping in mind ease of operations and safety.
